| Day 6 - May 25, 2008 - Seward. For today, we had booked a day trip to explore all the beauties of Seward and surroundings. We had picked the "captain's choice" tour, so the captain (Andrea) of our boat Misty would pick what was best for us to explore in 9 hours on the water. She did a great job and showed us many highlights: Sea Otter, Humpback Whales, Killer Whales, Dolphins, Glaciers, many birds and much more. On board, we also enjoyed a nice breakfast and an even better lunch. We were so lucky with the weather, lots of sunshine and light winds. At the end of the day, we watched the fishermen unloading their catch of the day. Some of them did real well.
